As one of the largest private buyers of asphalt in Michigan, our pricing is competitive, and with our experienced asphalt paving crews, our quality cannot be matched. Quality comes from experience, and our paving foreman have over 70 years, and thousands of miles of asphalt under their belts. We pride ourselves on generations of employees that are up-to-date on the most state-of-the-art asphalt paving and manufacturing processes.

On an annual basis, we purchase and install over 300,000 tons of asphalt from manufacturers throughout Southeast Michigan. Our large volume purchases and short haul from jobsite to plant give us a competitive price advantage, which we pass on to our customers.

We’re always ready to work - night, day, weekends or evenings. You’ve got a business to run. Our hours are flexible and we offer interruption-free paving to minimize traffic conflicts and disruptions to your business. ASI operates four asphalt paving crews on a daily basis to provide flexibility and accommodate our customer's scheduling needs.  Every morning at 5:30 am, our five project managers meet to adjust our schedules based on our customers' needs, as well as the weather.

Ultra-Thin Overlay

At ASI, we want your roadway or parking lot always looking good. If your asphalt is starting to crack or has small puddles, an ultra- thin overlay may get the job done. This process involves removing one inch of the existing asphalt and repaving a new 1” wearing course. It brings a nice finish to the existing parking lot or road.

With the even surface from the ultra-thin overlay, we will be able to stripe and create a great look for your parking lot or road at a fraction of the cost of a full removal and replacement. This process will keep your parking lot or roadway looking good, without a large capital expense.
